SEASON 2023 : - Conditions of reservation and payment in advance via the Internet: * payment for your stay is made in full by bank transfer within a few days of your online reservation request. A contract is sent to you upon booking and must be signed. The names of the two occupants are written there. Upon receipt of payment and your signed contract, your reservation is final. - Terms of cancelation : * In the event of cancellation before your arrival or in the event of No Show or early departure, the entire stay is billed and due. * If your cancellation is re-rented for the same period by another customer = reimbursement of your stay minus € 250 service charges. Security Deposit: 500 euros: cash or bank check on the day of your arrival against an official receipt. This deposit will be returned the morning of your departure, subject to no damage being noted. We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance with your insurer (multi-dwelling) called "resort insurance". Conditions : 2023 : Non SMOKING House. NO PETS. NO VISITORS and NO PARTY Not suitable for wheelchairs. Capacity of the house 2 People Adults ( +1 adult must be over 16 - On Request ONLY) : with supplement requested. Please note the house is NOT SUITABLE for children under 16 years old ADULT ONLY.
