The living room has a fire place, the kitchen is modern and well equipped, the dining room has a big table for at least 12 people.

The equipment is modern : T.V., video, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, micro wave, oven, American frige-freezer, rapid internet access.

Outside you will find a beautiful garden and two covered terraces (north and south). A private heated swimming pool (12x6m), terraced on three sides, is available from April through October. In the north part there is an area for the traditional provençal sport, the pétanque. The area is well-equipped with garden furniture, lounging chairs. The centre of the village of Lacoste is only a 15 minute walk from the property.

Lacoste offers conveniences such as a a little shop, where you can buy your bread every day, 2 restaurants, a newsstand and a post office. The Château of the Marquis de Sade , is perched above this lovely artists' village and the famous cedar forests are within walking distance (15 min.to 90 min.)
