The “Etoile de Provence” is a traditional provençal holiday home set in 3200 m2 of grounds in the heart of Luberon National Park, famous for its magnificent panorama. This paradise is for holidaymakers looking for calm, nature, culture and sports.

This residence comprises 7 bedrooms (for 13 to 15 people), two living rooms (one with a billiard table and the other with a fire place), a mezzanine with a library, 3 bathrooms with toilets and one separate toilet, a spacious kitchen and two terraces, the south-facing one is covered.

The equipment is modern: Satellite-T.V., VCR, DVD, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, micro wave, oven, two large frige-freezers, free telephone for international landline numbers, free internet connection. and a two-car garage with a table-tennis table.

A private roman-style swimming pool (15x6m), terraced on two sides, is available from April through October. There is a covered pool-house with a built-in barbeque and summer kitchen. The area is well-equipped with garden furniture and lounging chairs. A sauna with shower and toilet in the pool-house is available upon request (100€).

The centre of the village of Lacoste is only a 15 minute walk from the property and offers conveniences such as a bakery, 3 restaurants, and a newsstand. The Château of the Marquis de Sade (now owned by Pierre Cardin), is perched above this lovely artist's village.

The weekly rental prices and availability are in the Reservation Calendar http://www.etoiledeprovence.com/uploads/PDF/Dispo.pdf Hire of household linen is 15€ per person and includes sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, kitchen towels, bath and swimming towels. Final cleaning costs 100€. However we ask all our tenants to sweep the bedroom floors, empty the bins and to leave the kitchen with everything clean and tidied away. If you wish, the caretaker can arrange for extra cleaning service during the week for 15€ per hour. Electricity usage is metered and costs 0.2€/kwh. On arrival, a deposit of 750€ needs to be paid to the caretaker (in cash or by cheque). This is normally refounded at the end of your stay. Firewood is free and you may also make free use of the fast internet access. Electrically assisted bicycles (helmet, lock) are to rent at our house. (day 25€, week 80€)

Le Lubéron est une très belle et accueillante région;et bien, l'Etoile de Provence est toute à son image; Christiane et Claude nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et amical qui nous ont permis dès l'arrivée de nous sentir "comme à la maison" (12 ados et adultes); l'intérieur de la villa et ses abords sont entretenus avec goût, son confort est tel que les 12 participants ont eu chacun tout l'espace qu'il désirait pendant notre séjour du 9 au 16 avril 2016. Hummm!!! l'apéro et les grillades près de la piscine, quels bons moments de détente et plaisir partagés. C'est vraiment une bonne adresse, à la fois au calme et peu éloignée de tous commerces (notamment Coustellet); Lacoste donnera aux marcheurs de quoi faire de superbes balades (arbres fruitiers magnifiques, chemins pentus ou pavés,etc...).
