"Les Vendangeurs"

The gîte is an independant house built in proximity of the owner’s family house.

Perfectly suited for a couple with 2 or 3 children or 2 couples of friends desiring to discover our beautiful region and take advantage of all the intersesting activities offered in the vicinity (cycling, hiking, climbing, swimming pool and water activities in Apt, picturesque villages, several festivals of musique, dance, theatre....).

The gîte covers a surface area of 80m² and is complemented by 45 m² terrace covered by a pergola and a large leafy garden. The interior of the gîte remains naturally cool thanks to the thick stone walls and the shaded terrace.

The ground floor include a large room with an open kitchen equiped with a gaz hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave and a kettle, with an eating place and a living room with a wood stove, a sofa, and a TV set. An independant WC is also on this level.

The 1st floor include 2 bedrooms with kingsized beds (wich can be separated in 2 single beds for one of them), closets, wardrobe.

There is also a bathroom with a shower, 2 washbasins a toilet and a washing machine.

Heating is made by the wood stove and several electrical radians.

The terrace is well designed for relaxation with table and chairs and deckchairs.
