Charming comfortable independent house with a stunning view over the Luberon mountains, it was completely renovated in 2015 and is located 15 minutes walk from the village of Ménerbes, one of the most beautiful villages in France, where you can find a bakery, a grocery, a kiosk, a pharmacy and restaurants.

You will find lovely villages close by like Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Goult, Roussillon, Oppède, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Lourmarin and a bit further Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Mont Ventoux, Marseille, Cassis, etc.

The house consists of an equipped kitchen (induction cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven) that leads to a lovely vaulted room (the living room), a bathroom with an Italian shower, a toilet, an utility room with a washing machine. On the first floor you will find the comfortable bedroom with a bed of 1,6 meter.

You can enjoy a beautiful private terrace where you can make barbecues (electric barbecue). You have access to the pool (9x4 m) that is open from June to September and shared with the owner (2 persons).

Sheltered from the mistral, it is the perfect place for nature lovers in search of peace and quiet.

In the region you wil have a lot of activities: bikes, walk circuits, several kind of festivals, shopping everywhere not far from the house, .....
