Things to do (or a typical day my husband's way)
Begin your day with a morning trek to Lourmarin for a newspaper and coffee at one of the local cafes.
Pick up some fresh croissants at the bakery on your way home to nibble while you finish the paper on the patio.Later that morning, head out for a hike in the Luberon mountains and in less than an hour, you'll be overlooking the valley.
On your return, head to the pool for a cool swim, and start that novel in a lounge chair under the umbrella.
(On Friday morning, skip the hike to spend the whole morning at the farmers market of Lourmarin)
A game of ping pong is a pleasant diversion by the pool house.
In the afternoon, visit the vineyards and caves nearby to pick the dinner's wine
After the diner under the stars on the terrace, play a game with friends and family,
watch a BlueRay DVD from our library
or go to an open air music concert in Lourmarin's castel or in village nearby
You can also try the multiple restaurants in the area from "Grande Cuisine" to local cafés
Play tennis, golf, visit farms growing "herbs of provence"...
